Life would be easier if he slept naps and didn't require someone talking to him all the time.
How are you?

Do you talk to it in Spanish?

and it doesn't work for long, he likes seeing someone in front of him.
Yes, I speak Spanish to him, and sing in Spanish too.

And failing that I wish I'd been given a basic grasp of English Grammar so that I would find it easier to learn foreign languages.

Lucas will be brought up trilingual with a bit of luck, and he'll be teaching us Mandarin in no time.

My tiny tangle is four months old today and is considerably easier to deal with than her brother ever was.
You'll be fine, it gets easier...

Starting to do more funny things, and asking for solids, I suppose.

Grinning and giggling all the time and being fascinated and highly amused by her brother.

I wish we could meet and introduce the babies to each other, I bet they'd enjoy it.

Other babies are often entertaining. And bigger children are utterly mesmerising.
On the other hand, they could be entirely indifferent to one another.

looking at other babies and has started trying to play with them too. It's really cute.

We're starting to ask ourselves if and when we want another... Lucas never stops, never; and it gets very tiring. We don't know if it's better to give him a sibling as soon as possible, or wait until we can handle him.

I think there are pros and cons for both small and large age gaps.
You'll be ready when you are ready. It's a bit early to worry about it.
Generally speaking I think siblings are a good idea though.

we won't be bringing another baby to the world just yet, it's just that this one is so tiring...
I have 2 siblings and I think it was great growing up with them, even if my sister and I were fighting all the time.

Imagine trying to look after him while pregnant.
( , Mon 9 Apr 2012, 21:45, Reply)

That's what puts me off, especially as I had such a bad pregnancy.

There is plenty of time to think about siblings. And I think you've got enough to concern yourself with if you are moving across the world.

Hopefully he'll soon be able to entertain himself a bit and I'll get some time to relax (or cook, clean, pack...)
( , Mon 9 Apr 2012, 21:53, Reply)

That made me chuckle. I imagine you're right and I'll have to get used to it.
