I think applying for and getting my job at Newcastle Uni was one of them
If I hadn't got the job, I'd have gone away to Uni somewhere. Instead I got 4 years apprenticeship and this directly lead onmto my job now (where I also met Mrs Cow, fact fans)

Odd.

Then again, for the first time in ages last night I ate something with mayo on, and enjoyed it. Mainly because I couldn't taste the mayo at all.
