This^Gas BBQ = cheating. It is simply an outside cooker. All BBQ food should be slightly burned and slightly raw at the same time. This is why you use hot chilli sauce and beer to kill off the germs/potential death

My friend has one that uses gas to light the coal, and get it up to temperature quicklyIt's rather good.
