Just had another meeting since I typed that, I ain't unhappy at all.
1) The team was moving in a direction I'm not really amazingly happy going with.
2) I get sorted out properly 'till a cirtain date, then I get a month's wages and holiday on top of that.
3) I can take time out to do any interview.

I think I can have a job inside a week, did it last time, so I can do it again.

lol, just went for a fag, the office secutary is getting £4kpa more than me, and my equal developer is getting £14kpa more than me.
