If you went off the beaten track (and avoided the Israeli tourists*)they were superb. Beautiful beaches, excellent snorkelling, great street food and the nicest natives I've ever come across.

I have to deal occasionally with an Israeli support team.
I wouldn't like to condemn an entire nation by my experience of one man, but he was the most thoroughly unpleasant, arrogant, rude, unhelpful cock I have ever *ever* spoken to.
