I done loads these weekend. Went to Durham (good cathedral, nowhere near as good as York Minster though, and no decent pubs) yesterday, went to Tynemouth today. Looked around the castle and the market, got an original newspaper the day after Edmund Hilary climbed Everest, well chuffed with that and getting it framed tomorrow. Might go and see a girl at work later but I dunno if I can be arsed. Nowt for tea I'm not very well. I'm pretty chipper right now.

York Minster is pretty impressive, but as a resident of York I see it rather differently.And all the tourists round Stonegate and Petergate do my skull in.
Good pubs though.
