I watched a great doc on the history of capital punishment on Monday - one of the legal people interviewed was called Harry Potter, the poor cunt.

I wish there had been more footage of the main subject though.
In other gruseome news, Anthony Beevor's new book about WW2 reveals that the japenese used to keep POWs alive, and eat them when they got a bit peckish. Not just for ritualistic purposes, but as a sanctioned form of food supply. This news was suppressed at the war crimes trials as being too gross for the allied victim's families.
