Unless you're getting decent discount on something costing a fair bit I'd rather kill myself than use vouchers/claim student discount. I shudder when I see students using their uni cards to claim 10% off in places like cafes where they're spending about three quid.

I got discount on all of them.
I didn't say I'd refuse discount. I just can't think of anything more enbarrassing than asking for money off when you're buying something like a bacon sandwich. Which I've seen happen a lot.
