logged in the other week and it's showing me 'trending videos', i opted out of receiveing them

now it's showing me 'trending articles' and there's no option to opt out, fuck off.

Also, it shows me back things I've read. It will have 4 or 5 articles, most of which will say 'scarpe read this'.
