OMG I'M HAVING A STIR FRY TOO!
Except I've cheated and bought a sauce cos I've got a fuck load to do tonight and I want to watch the footy. It's all prepped and ready to chuck in the wok at half time.

This is what I did
- Chop up some chicken breast
- Covered it in flour
- Covered it in egg
- Fried it in the wok in some oil in batches 'till I get cooked crispy chicken nuggets, I did the whole lot but it'll do me for three portions. I drained them on some kitchen towel on the sdie
- Crushed and chopped some spring onion long ways and some mushrooms.
- Put a big heaped teaspoon of Lazy Garlic, and a small one of chili in the oil with the veg.
- Added a big glup of soy sauce and wilted down the veg
- Put that to the side.
- Toasted off some cashewnuts
- Added the veg and chicken nuggets
- made a well in the middle and added a big heaped teaspoon of blackbeen paste and some water.
- Mixed it all up
- Added the fresh noodles.
- Mixed it all up so the sauce goes everywhere
- Served it up.

It's a lot of instructions but only took me like 10 minutes.
