It depends on what area you're looking at.
I used to have to do compliance monitoring visits on projects to ensure they were meeting the terms and conditions of their contracts, then take appropriate financial recovery action if they weren't.

I suspect Dozer is leaning more towards general financial and business regulation; everything above board and according to the law. Or something.
