Having spent last night working on mixing for my band's forthcoming albumit is apparent that the harmonium I purchased a few months back has massively improved my life.
This is also my answer to all the other questions - why I am okay, what I have done recently that was fun and the exercise bit comes in the form of walking to my friend's house to do this.
