Overfeeding an infant to that extent is basically child abuseIf you broke your kid's legs in some kind of extreme version of Munchausen's by proxy they'd put you away, but bones mend and they'd be out playing football within a year. That kid's got years of extreme dieting and physical therapy ahead of him.
