I will get it for you.I've another one which I haven't tested which I have on good authority is ace.
Never tone down the spice, unless you are a screaming bum-bandit. It's a simple rule which many fail to follow. And you really have to have scotch bonnets as the flavour is integral, let alone the heat - other chillies will not do.
