Sherlock: The first one
Angel: The puppet one
Buffy: Three way tie between Passion, Once More With Feeling and Hush
Doctor Who: Not sure here, recently I did enjoy The Doctor's Wife
Bones: The one where one of the squints was revealed to be working with a serial killer
Chuck: The one with Yvonne Strawhaddaycallher

We're talking about the same Bones episode, and she's in every episode of ChuckAlso, the puppet episode is excellent.
