he's totally incompetent
frequently lets the whole company down, is probably the stupidest person i've ever met. he also caused 1 million pounds worth of damage in a previous job, joe and kev used to stick up for him but now we're selling everyone agrees Tricky is a cunt, Joe even sings that at him.

played around with petrol, set fire to his glove, threw his glove on the ground and burned the place down.

we've been paying his damages via AoE and had no end of problems with the courts because of it
