my boss once made me wind up a nigerian scam to see how far it wentit was basically along the lines of: we want to buy your motorbike, but our chequebook has run out of cheques. so you send us the bike and you send us the money to pay for shipping, and then we'll transfer the money to you.
he kept making me reply to tell them the bike was in the post and the money had been transferred. they were hysterically excited at having hooked a fish.
