They do deserve it
they produced one album with some good sing-a-longable songs on it. And then remade the same album only the songs got dirgier and shitter every time.

Oasis also get extra stick for the following reasons;
1. They were all over every radio in the country for two or three years which just makes them all the more hateable
2. Liam Gallagher's voice is incredibly annoying
3. They were genuinely much worse at music than anyone else ever, including Steps
4. Both of them are fucking cunts
