But it's about 21 days per year sick. Which is more than most people have holidays.
That said, stupidly we measure sickness even when they're not scheduled to work so it's not quite as bad as it seems. If someones call in sick friday and monday that counts as 4 days.

If you're looking for figures on actual working time lost due to illness, surely you should only count the actual working time lost?
