go down the chemist and get some aqueous cream,
smother hand in aqueous cream, put had in to thin plastic bag like a sandwich bag, put hand in ice for a long time.

only if the skin isn't broken,
otherwise it will sting like a motherfucker and get infected, if the skin is cracked, ice bath, just get a bucket full of iced water and keep your hand in it for a bit.

By your standards, probably not BAD bad
But it's probably the worst burn I've ever had. Between my first and middle finger...red raw and the skin around it has sort of puffed up and solidified. It looks...unpleasant.

then do what i said before, aqueos and ice cures all ills,
I was working in a kitchen a few years ago, and of the kps slipped and put his hand in to one of the fryers, up to the elbow. Aqueous cream, and an ice pack and he has minimal scarring.
