Alright?
If you'd like to learn Chinese cooking have a look at this: www.schoolofwok.co.uk - I bought this for Mrs Battered as a present about three years ago - you talk on the phone and agree a menu, then he comes to your home to teach you how to cook it. It's brilliant.

I have been working in the garden for two days, knackered, but the landscaping is almost complete and the shed is up. Next is to put up the swing we have got for my daughter.

I am now watching my favourite film (The Godfather) and having a glass of wine. Later I will griddle a tuna steak.

That looks wicked, I did some lessons at Recipease and loved it. leant how to make pasta.
Top weekending going on there, sounds pretty good to me.

As a non driver who likes urban life, you got any recomendations to go away for about 3 or 4 days? I like brighton but am open to suggestions. Well need a break.

I ain't seen the godfather, I know its a classic though

If you don't drive it's difficult. Also high season prices at the moment due to the schools being closed, wait 3 weeks and the prices will drop by about 40%
Do you have a driving license? If so hire a car and go to Cornwall. If you don't have a license then most of the nice small places are going to be a challenge to get to and you'll spend a fortune on taxis getting about, unless you go for a city break that isn't near the coast. In which case look at Bath.

You need to watch The Godfather.
