I heard someone say that they were going to use the expertise of the NHS in specific areas to open hospitals in other countries
This would drive revenue for the NHS and provide world class health care to the countries involved.

Which is against the entire ethos of the NHS, you're expecting the DfH to run 2 parallel organisations with totally different ideals. Recipe for disaster.
