Oh Bats, don't you have any technoboffins at work? You shouldn't need to sync outlook with your iphone. The two should never touch each other.(

What I mean is I want the two calendars to sync, so I don't have to enter everything twice in to two devices.(

Yeah', exactly, the two shouldn't have to touch, nor with your ipad or other devices.It should all be handled by Microsoft Exchange (or similar). Ditto with contacts. Since the 3G, its moved on dramaticly since then, everything his handled server side.
