BUT...corporate nonsense that is a recognised qualification outside of my company. So worth doing I reckon.
Also, I'm hopelessly anal so doing a course on making sure things work efficiently is right up my alley. Pfft...anal...alley.

to be fair,
I've been on a couple of marketing and such courses recently that I foun helpful. I'm a twitter convert now, not for personal use, but as a marketing tool it is surprisingly effective.

I must admit, I thought about setting up a Twitter profile for business purposes
A bunch of people I know also use Linkedin, but I'm not sold on that.
