When I was at school, we had a weekend trip to the Norfolk Broads
eight of us in a teacher's sister's boat. The side I was on leaked through the roof when it rained and I woke up in the night with a completely sodden duvet. Had to sit there all night in the soaking wet, watching the rain pour down the side of the boat onto my mattress. bad times.

Then when I was a student I took a day trip to York to meet some friends. As I was walking from the train station to the town centre, a massive bus drove through a puddle at high speed and soaked me - even filled my coat pocket with water.

I hate rain.
