kind of, again joe's fault
tristran was also a criminal, aged 18 or 19 he burned down an industrial building, he's 24 now and still paying off the damages by AoE

again, joe is friends with his father. i'm beginning to suspect joe is a liability, although he may jsut be a good samaritan
