This is a great idea.
The fatties will hate it of course and march on London in their thousands.

There is an argument that unhealthy people over the course of their lives can cost the NHS les than healthy ones
as they die so much younger and do not need the very expensive care required for the very elderly.

There is probably an argument that having cancer makes you a better person,
but should we be encouraging cancer growth on the basis on some ropey research probably only done to fulfill a phd criteria?
