Cocktails are a draw for women.Not every girl likes cocktails or cares that much, but it only takes one in a group to say, nah I fancy some cocktails to stop them all going.

My old local offers cocktails once in a blue moon, when they do them, they do wellWhen people come in the week after, ask for them, and don't get them, it's rare for them to then leave. They'll usually just pick something else instead.
