Context is everything
IMO if it's on Sickipedia, you expect it to be offensive, so don't go there if you don't like it.
If you remove it from there and put it somewhere inappropriate, such as on the wall of your local primary school, then you shouldn't be surprised if someone takes offence.
I also think that anyone who is "offended on behalf of someone else " should be done for incitement.
