I was in Koko on Tuesdayfor Amanda Palmer. I realised I was too old for gigs when I decided that 4 hours standing up with other people's sweat dripping from the ceiling wasn''t for me and left before the last song.
Facebook tells me Boss Keloid was there too...

The building itself was greater entertainment that the people on stageThe band were pretty good, called Fridge Magnets I believe, but the venue is fantastic. I half-remember being thrown out of the pub/bar across the road from it. Not sure why, but there are a number of contenders I'm sure. I have a terrible habit of being an awkward smartarse with bouncers when I'm drunk.
