I got an email offer, for £20 I can get either:
Your tasting menu includes bread and alioli, a selection of iberian cured meats, paprika crispy fried squid, broken egg, serrano ham and potatoes, seasonal vegetables, six hours roasted pork belly, red wine pear and parsnip puree, fried new potatoes in mojo picon sauce, serrano ham croquettes and rice pudding clasico.
or
Your tasting menu includes a selection of salad, cured meat & seafood, deep-fried medallions of monkfish, deep fried fresh squid, prawns in olive oil, pimentos & wild mushrooms, piquillo peppers stuffed with fresh hake mousse, Spanish omelette with potatoes & onions, chicken wings in spicy sauce, fried medallions of steak in garlic, red peppers, white wine & parsley, grilled lamb cutlets and bread with a garlic mayonnaise dip.
I'm leaning towards the former because seafood is rank. Which would you go for - or wouldn't you spend £20 on either?

Poor old cap birdseye would be turning in his grave. If he was dead. Which he isn't.

prawns, shelled or unshelled, are pretty much off the menu.
And once you've gone down on a hippy chick who felt showering depleted her body's natural essence, hake isn't going to cut it either.
And those were totally two different times and no one can prove different.

I'd want to know how long they'd cooked the roasted pork belly for before committing.

I was in the big smoke all day yesterday and I got so spankered there's a four hour period I have no memory of and I managed to miss the Sparks gig I was there for in the first place. And Koko in Camden was shit, full of too-cool-for-school fucktards with the personality of my cock-dribblings. The masonic lodge in covent garden was pretty cool though.

for Amanda Palmer. I realised I was too old for gigs when I decided that 4 hours standing up with other people's sweat dripping from the ceiling wasn''t for me and left before the last song.
Facebook tells me Boss Keloid was there too...

The band were pretty good, called Fridge Magnets I believe, but the venue is fantastic. I half-remember being thrown out of the pub/bar across the road from it. Not sure why, but there are a number of contenders I'm sure. I have a terrible habit of being an awkward smartarse with bouncers when I'm drunk.
