Aids? Typhoid? Beri Beri? Lead Poisoning?
Been reading about lead poisoning recently. They used to mine lead in the North Pennines and the average adult life expectancy was 40, but the last years were utterly fucked.

just a cold that lasted 7 weeks.
combined with life being interesting and busy, left me with no energy to cycle safely and I'm not risking my good shoulder.
