I'm finally more or less recovered. I shall be cycling the rest of the week if the weather holdsand probably if it doesn't.

Really good, thanks. Weather's been shite, which I've been using as an excuse to avoiding the bike. Also , it's dark here before nine and after four if the weather's good. Otherwise it's dark .
Need to get out more, though, and stop making excuses.
