EveningI'll go with a fluorescent green octopus that plays "Guantanamera" when startled.
I have seen a very very nice flat. Bit more than I originally thought I could afford (although I've spoken to a mortgage advisor since then) and 2 bedrooms rather than one (and one has an ensuite, which seems excessive). Also it's right next to the DLR. But I live above a main road with a fire station currently so loud street noise bothers me not at all.
I have more flats to see tomorrow, but I quite like that one. Maybe...

Can't really help you there LightyWest Yorks market I know, and we make it easy.
London market is totally different. I do a bit of contract work for a Southern investor on a development up here. What I do for the money is stupid compared to what I could do down there.
