When everyone has qualifications
experience counts for a lot more.
A lot people with very high qualifications have little life experience and make terrible managers, the type who can't turn their laptop on without asking for help.

So cheers for the condescension.

You've been in your industry 10 years and you haven't advanced more than that?
I'd give up if I were you. You're obviously not suited to it.

Have you considered a career 'on the bins'?

In fairness, if you can't stand out in your job after 10 years, I'm not sure how an MA will help anyway.
Not that I'm against people studying just for studyings sake, mind.
