I'm genuinely at a loss as to what my position is on this.I don't think this role is necessary, nor do I remember voting for the idea in the first place.
But then I think it is always important to vote and if we are going to have a local police commissioner, or whatever they are, I'd rather it was someone who might potentially be good at it rather than some shit Tory councillor who recently lost his seat.
