Marmite is still a favourite.
You should try M&S's chipotle and pulled pork soup. It's ace.

my dad likes his food hotter than fire
but i managed to defeat him with some scotch bonnets at the weekend. pouring with sweat after managing half his dinner, he threw the remaining ones away, saying bitterly that i had used them for the wrong thing, and clearly they had an alternative use other than cooking. like what? i enquired.

FUCKING ARSON was the reply.

You put whole scotch bonnets in a dish?

(, Wed 14 Nov 2012, 14:13, Reply)
I have done this before in chilli con carne. Which I renamed chilli con arsepain.

no, i chopped them into tiny pieces and stir fried them with a whole heap of vegetables and rice
and chicken

the ex can eat it without breaking a sweat; i didn't expect it to defeat my dad!

That's because your ex is a darkie.
It's well known they don't have tastebuds, as well as being thieves & rapists.
