I have taken my life into my own handsand am gambling on a bowl of soup and some dry toast. I may well erupt in a Krakatoa of diarrhoea and vomit in a minute as a result, which will be well LOL.

I started vomiting and shitting yesterday in the late afternoon.The evening was horrendous and I nearly spewed on the tube. I had another yak this morning but have just braved food and so far it is still inside me.

Probably some sort of horrible stomach cancer, that you haven't diagnosed, because the amount you drink means that quite often you have a bit of the runs anyway, and all the drugs have been numbing the pain. I give yo about 2 weeks.
