It's still absolutely tossing it down here.
I suspect the drive to and from work tomorrow will be fun. Winding country roads + lots of hills and dips + right next to a river = a bit hazardous.

I had a run to the RVI today, it was mentally wet.
Almost biblical, if that kind of comparison is your thing.

Came off the 167 just before the flooding, from what I could tell.
The south-bound on-ramp at the RVI junction was closed and as you can imagine it was all snarled up round the univorsity and such.
They were pulling u-turns on the bridge and pulling out their hair!

All the cars you see dumped in floods have got that way by dropping power and dragging water back through the exhaust.

Half the time tonight I couldn't even see the standing water until I was in it.
The drains were pissing water like an incontinent geriatric an' all.
