have you thought about telling your friend that you're really tired,
putting a nice calm movie you've seen before, and just relax for the evening, have a glass of wine, a nice spliff, chill out and see if you drift off for a bit?

we have a plan to whinge about stressy work things. Plus I have no wine or drugs in my house at the mo. I don't really do relaxing
