My spicy pickled onions started as a jokeOne of them family do's where you bring something for the buffet. Each year I’ve been making them hotter and hotter, this year’s has Dorset Naga chillies, the jokes backfired on me because now I have to make at least 12-30 jars each Christmas.

No way.I just buy a massive bag of silverskin onions. The look on the faces this year will be priceless; anyone who eats them for the first time normally has a Picture taken and gets e-mailed to me.
I hope I don’t get sued.
