The government and political parties have a habit of either dumbing down informationor talking about it in dense jargon. They should sort out their comunication not to "appeal" to the masses but to explain to the masses.

Which they have an unequalled ability to talk to.Any time there's a major anouncement every news channel and newspaper comes to them and watches.
