Strewth, you never actually went there did you?
I was once innocently getting on the tube coming home from my brother's one Sunday afternoon when the post-Church crowds descended. They had security guards on the tub platform to stop people falling in front of the trains. Scary fuckers.

My mate used to go
the stories he would tell were grim

The last couple of times I went it was pretty awful
but in the early nineties it was quite entertaining.

fuck yeah
it was genuinely mental back in the day when it first moved to Bagleys.

It did go fairly rapidly downhill mind you, and it wasn't exactly "culture".

now you'll find people vomming in the corner or getting wanked off on the "dancefloor"

yeah, you're probably right.
It used to be fairly insane the day after the Irish or Welsh played at Twickenham, you'd get a load of the players in. Entertaining times.

Oh, also, I used to live in Acton
and the Redback out there was where a lot of them went "post-church"

You really did have to be very careful driving around there on Sunday afternoon/evening as they would quite often be antipodeans unconscious in the middle of the road.
