Client Services Analyst? Requires

Able to manage multiple tasks / priorities / projects
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Previous client service experience is advantageous
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
A basic understanding of networks and how they work.
A basic knowledge of the derivatives market.
2:2 or higher degree in IT or Finance related subject.
Exposure to a customer service environment of some kind.
A willingness and ability to learn quickly.
A strong and confident personality.

The finance vacancies are for qualified accountants
and the rest mean financial instruments and derivatives when they talk about finance. Soz.
