The Count of Monte Cristo is one of my all-time favourite books.
I think it's been long enough since my last read of it that I'm allowed another go.

You can get them on Project Gutenberg
Anything over 50 years or something is now out of copyright and can be downloaded for free. AND IT'S NOT THEFT!
