And not a good idea when there are still grants aplenty for cavity wall/roof insulation available.
This will ultimately replace that scheme, I suppose.

However, Cavityless walls will be over boarded internally with products like Celotex Thermal boards (this will include re-plastering) the tenant foots the bill over a 25 year period, and the bill passes onto the new tenant.

Internals will be in good order anyway.
The only places I ever see with ropey internal walls are knocked-together back-to-backs and early 80's chuck ups.
