Nice question bro
Apparently Oscar Pistorious shot his girlfriend FOUR TIMES thinking she was a burglar. Not got a leg to stand on, etc.

Best comment on this saga so far came from one of my colleagues; "He shot his girlfriend? (pause) Has SHE got legs?"

The burglar story seems to be a red herring
He appears to have a bit of a past for guns and domestic abuse.
