I got collared by the law outside Bath on Saturday
and then spent a significant portion of Sunday complaining about the difficulty I was having with the DVLA as a result.

All of this could have been avoided if I'd a) updated my address in a timely manner and b) observed the speed limits but everybody knows that in today's blame culture, the individual is no longer responsible.

3 points and £80?
The address thing is irritating especially if you mov a lot

Probably. I was five over the limit, but it was a camera van so I dunno.
In any case, the ticket notice is going to Slough *shrug*.

If you were my FB friend, you'd have been able to read my very lol post about it.

Last time I got caught by a wagon I was 20mph over the limit
so maybe they'll let me off if I explain that I'm on the mend and trying to change my ways.
