Hadn't realised the job wasn't permanent. Lamb sounds good. Cooked something similar a couple of weeks ago.

To be honest, the travel is a pisser at the minute now the main route into Rothbury is closed due to a landslide.Plus I'm wracking up the miles in work based travel as well. It's costing a fucking fortune. So even if the job was permanent I'd probably be looking for something else anyway.
