Depends how much and how long you intend to keep itI paid £850 for a 42" TV three years ago. I doubt its worth much now even though its mint. We have been together 7 years and in that time we have had 5 TV's and only have 2 of the five now, so renting would be a good idea if A. the price is right and B. you like to move with the times.

They're like £30 a month for a 32 inch. It would have to fail once a year for it to be worth it.

I bought a CRT with in built DVD player 8 years ago for £110, I have just replaced itfuck the times
